Svilosa AD is situated on an area of 172 hectares, in the Industrial Zone of  the town of Svishtov. To the North it borders on the Danube river, which is a natural source of production waters. The geographical location of the Company is favourable with regard to raw and other material supplies.

Svilosa AD has a well developed internal infrastructure:

• an own port on the Danube - an unquestionable advantage allowing an effective performance of transportation and shipping operations with raw materials and end products;
  
  
• an own railway network and railway station provided with the necessary equipment for carrying out loading and unloading works;
  
  
• possibility for direct links through a road and railway transport with the industrial centres in Bulgaria and the countries of the Near and Middle East and Europe.
